Is there a tolerance level at which price an option is exercised?
What I mean is, does the strike price need to be more than a certain amount more or less than the underlying price before you can be certain you are going to be exercised?
Example; MSFT, at 107.00, you have sold a Call at 110.00...
Are there any good brokers who offer demo charts where I can see the flow of options data?
One of the issues would be, I am guessing, is that data (options quotes) are transient, and you can't backtest, unlike FX futures.
Are there historic quote datasets that I can number-crunch?
