Found on CME volume for each day of the mounth (helps me too) but couldnt find hourly. If anyone is trading those futures- he can easly notice such volume picks:)

Greetings, I would like to ask you, the experienced ones, about the MOST activity hours of AUD & CAD forex futures. I am aware that both underlyings traded 23 hours a day, but when is the most volume of the day? (both against dollar ofc) Thanks alot

100K value is about 600-700 options (depends on strike vs SPY price, it could be 500 aswell). This amount is doable- i will attach a screenshot later on. As FCX said, use SPX for big positions- less commisions and easier to fill

Use most liquid stocks and etfs only. As MTE said, its a pure directional bet based on your assumption.

Why dont you use old school calendar spread? while trading VIX futures it might be hard to "roll-over" and increase in size (in order to gain what have been lost), trading calendars on SPY or IWM slightly out of the money seems right (price falls, you gain vega + abit of delta- theta positive)...

I will Just mention the amount of research and backtesting they provide on their site.. there is one guy here whom checked the data himself and confirmed the accuracy of it. I am talking about the research on deltas and on strategies in general.

Just wanted to make it clear, you never know the person's intentions on the other side. pros use multiple legs and try to achive the best risk reward ratio, whenever you see option selling it almost never ends there.
