Hey guys, I've been trading Prop with my firm for a number of years now. They keep raising the fee per trade and some other issues and I may be considering jumping ship. Does anyone suggest another firm out there with least expensive total fees per trade? I trade roughly 15-30 million shares...

I think my response very clearly stated that I've had zero issues in terms of being paid or using the software, in about 14 years of trading there . What else matters? I've also seen about 300 traders come and go during that time and about less than I can count on my 2 hands have stood the test...

I've traded with them since 2004. They've treated me very well. I'm currently trading with them at this moment. They are performance based, if you make money you get treated well, if you don't you will complain about how terrible their platform is and whatever other excuse you can think of. GC

Guys I've said enough in this thread. I have access through the prop firm I work for to a lot of capital. I personally use 5 million EUR and 7.5 million USD to trade everyday. I want to automate and scale some of my strategies and make use of all the resources I have access to. I have no clue...

Would gladly pay salary - offered profit sharing as bigger incentive for programmer. More money will be in the back end than whatever $50 an hour salary would pay.

I would gladly pay a salary for no equity but am afraid the programmer would just try to figure out a way to steal the strategies for the bigger chunk for himself regardless. Would rather have everyone happy from the beginning.

I know, that's why if I offer profit sharing there will be incentive for all parties involved.

I have various strategies I want to automate on European equities as well as some NA markets. Don't know anything about programming - need someone reliable with the good work ethic that will work for a profit share.
