Let's suppose there is a trader from Europe who has Series 7 and opens prop accout(with deposit) at Assent/Bright/Echo/Genesis and etc. What tax from will he receive at the end of the year?

There is too much info for me at NASD. Simple yes or no would be enough.

The guy had worked at prop firm only for 2 weeks after passing S7 exam, terminated(U-5 filled) and 1.5 years have past since then. Does this fact somehow change the 2 year limit? Is his S7 still valid?

How long does Series 7 license stay valid after voluntary termination(U-5 filling)?

I forgot to mention: company is interested in US equities only.

A european company needs an account with high leverage (1:10). It has a trader with Series 7. The account has to be opened for the offshore company. Deposit is going to be around 300 000$. What prop firm can do this? PM me. Thank you.
