Hi, I live in the UK and generally I trade it from 8am until anywhere between 3pm-5pm depending on whats going on. The market itself however is open from 7am UK time and doesn't close until about 9pm... not that you would want to be trading then. If I am still trading in the UK evening...

I trade the Dax and NQ mainly. I had a few trades early on today on the Dax but it has been really quiet since. No real follow through. 2 losses and 1 win for a 0.8% gain so far.
