    Why are muslims violent?

I guess you have forgotten about: Lebanese civil war (Christians were just as violent as other religious sects), Irish Catholic versus Protestant civil war, Rwandan civil war (both sides were Christian), American Christian violence against native people's of America and against African...

    Why are muslims violent?

William Blake's writing is the source of my handle.

Why oh why would jd be so worried about a national debt crisis???

You are neglecting to point out that deficits exploded more under Bush Jr and Trump then Obama and Biden... assuming you are actually looking at deficit charts and not just imagining things.

Sixt to Phase Out Teslas From Rental Car Fleet on Poor Resale Value

I've used it a lot in Seattle. And in Portland, San Francisco, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, and New York when we have visited. Quite safe in those places. Which town are you referencing?

We are living in a big anomaly right now, rrriiight?

I would say that there are just as many dumbass Gen X and Boomers as Millennials; we just didn't have the internet around to reveal it as clearly as now.

    Does Trickle-Down Economics Actually Work?

Clinton was a social liberal (mostly) and moderately conservative fiscally. You leave out that the Republicans championed deregulation (with disastrous results as we have seen over and over again) and moderately conservative Democrats went along with them. Liberals have not championed deregulation.

    Does Trickle-Down Economics Actually Work?

Trickle down economics is why the American middle class is much smaller than it was in 1980. Without the economic brake of regulations and demand-side economics championed (somewhat) by the Democratic Party we would be a Russian style oligopoly by now.

Let's think about the devil for a moment.....

Actually, a not insignificant minority of Christians (similar to a minority of Muslims) do want to force their religion on the rest of us. Search for "Christian Nationalism" as one example of this trend. But as always, it isn't the religion that is corrupt, it is the practitioners that corrupt...

Let's think about the devil for a moment.....

Christianity is about faith and not demonstrated truth. The bible is a vehicle for teaching ethics (at least in parts) and made up primarily of fictional stories written by humans long after Jesus died. Jesus was one of many itinerant Jewish preachers who was in the right time and place to be...

BREAKING : XRP wins case against the SEC as it is ruled 'Not a security'

Not sure why crypto would be categorized as commodities as commodities generally have some kind of intrinsic value. But then securities theoretically have value as well; so I would agree that Crypto shouldn't be called a security. Probably the best way to appease the SEC is to call Crypto a...

    Inflation Avoidance?

We are comfortable, but not wealthy, and honestly have not noticed the inflation much. Fortunately, inflation just dropped to 3% so moving in the right direction.

If we are close to a recession - why are utilities among the big losers

What recession? The economy is doing great. Inflation just dropped to 3%. We may slow down a little, but I don't see any evidence of a recession.

Is it immoral to get a second job as a software developer?

Yep. I've always been a freelancer and almost always worked for more than one client at a time. As long as you are able to hit deadlines nobody cares when or how you work; there's no 9 to 5 with freelancing so maybe you should figure out how to switch to that.

The Economy just got stronger ( in the future ) !

This is an extremely naive and racist view. Admissions have never been primarily merit based with legacy admissions, racial preferences, and other racial privileges. Affirmative action was primarily a way of leveling the playing field while white privilege was (and is) left unaddressed. If you...

Will Congress repeat the 2011 "Gov Shutdown" again ?

Your response is a incoherent as ever. But to be clear, discretionary spending has decreased by 40% over the years. And the main increase to the deficit in the last couple of decades was the Bush and Trump's tax cuts for the rich and corporations; Democrats have diminished the debt when they...
