do you guys know any cos that provide RT or near-RT raw trade data, such as bid/ask prices, bid/ask size with time stamps and such. need to feed the data into a database for Real-Time analysis. thanks :)

When a company publishes the Earnings Per Share (EPS) and it also pays out a Dividend, does the EPS include the Div that has been paid out, or EPS is listed before the Div is paid out ? thanks.
