    Check when website was updated

Folks, While trading today I got a note about a negative letter from a state senator that was posted to Ackman's anti HLF site. (http://factsaboutherbalife.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/Senator%20Espaillat%20-%20FTC%20Herbalife%20Letter%20-%20July%208.pdf) My question is does anyone know...

    Your opinion . . .

wtf why would anyone wait till the end of the month to get the ECN rebates. Every firm I ever dealt with or researched credit it back tot he account pretty much the next day. Prop reports breaks down each and every trade including ECN fees/rebates. This deal is ridiculously stupid.

Anyone has problems with accounts in " Discrete Trading " ?

Discrete is a large subgroup of WTS run by a few french people up in Quebec, one of which could barely speak english. Their rates were competitive and on par with the others (maybe slightly better) and their support was good in answering my e-mails, however the fact they denied they were a...

    Anyone trade with Nonko Trading?

Lot's of other groups offer DAS which you make it seem is exclusive to IBW and Nonko. Let us know what Nonko is offering you in terms of rates, I am also speaking to them and 2 other firms that have DAS.

    Margin Loan in Prop. Firms

Some firms offer 2:1 overnight. They charge a few cents to a few bucks depending on the size of the position. I don't see the purpose of holding overnight and will do so 1-2 times a month. I think I got charged around 75 cents to hold 100 shares of FB overnight.

    Anyone trade with Nonko Trading?

Nonko is a sub of Nevis that has brokerage services with both WTS and I believe International brokers which explains the wide offering of platforms. I see no reason why not to go with Nonko, Nevis is reputable however I know several other other firms that offer DAS, and it's always best to shop...

    Anyone trade with Nonko Trading?

Nonko appears to be a subgroup of Nevis, which means that Nonko is a subgroup of a subgroup as Nevis is a group at WTS. Nevis is reputable so you shouldn't have a problem with Nonko. Someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong on the above.

    prop firm fees

If it wasn't for that extra admin grab of $100 this would be a pretty good deal for your volume. You can get .003 +150ish for platform with many other firms.

    Reliable International Firms?

I use suretrader for my 'retail' account - the online platform is free but I wouldn't use it for day trading no way. Commissions are fair for my swing trading/pattern strategies (~5 trades a week). I have seen some firms that offer the same platform at much lower fees, $4.95 a trade is fine...

    prop firm fees

$2 per 1000 might be stretching it a bit with OPs numbers, but $3 per 1000 is the norm. I know traders paying $2/1000 with less volume but that might be a special deal. For $3/1000 you should be getting 99-100% payout with no formal training - although support should be quick to answer trading...

    Do you think it's legal?

$1.50 per 100 shares? If you do good enough volume that is the rate you should be paying per 1,000 shares. For newbies like yourself starting off at low volume anywhere from .004-.005 per share with 99% payout is a decent starting point. Find a firm you are comfortable with and offers...

Reviews on DAS, LASER, and STERLING?

DAS is more stable than sterling and you can run an API. Sterling from my experience has not performed to the same level as DAS, but at the end of the day sticking with sterling is not that bad and there are certainly worse options out there.

What prop firms have you worked with and which ones do you recommend or not?

Prop firms are able to offer higher leverage and cheaper execution for the most part. Retail will give you at best 4-1 which on 100k is 400k more than enough to earn a living if you are a good trader. Prop firm will give 10-1 or higher so you are playing with a million bucks. Only downside is...
