Thank you panzerman I agree to your point regarding subjectivity. I will have to check out John Ehlers work on Trendline, but I am afraid that it might be too hard to code for a scanner etc. and might need the trader to observe the charts one by one in order to make sense of those indicators...

Hi BSAM I was just trying to say that these indicators should be easy to put in the form of a mathematical calculation etc. which could be used for Automatic Scanning. That way the scanner would automatically tell if those xyz conditions are being fulfilled by a particular stock or futures...
