Your opinion on Altea Trading

Hi,
I recently found Altea Trading on the net (www.alteatrading.com). They claim:

"Staffed by its skilled professional electronic futures traders, Altea is on its way to becoming the premier proprietary futures trading firm in the United States."

On the other hand I couldn't find much in the archives about them. Just one reference that their training seems to be quite good.

Why Spam?
I am not connected to them in any way. The reason I ask is that they are planning an office in Vienna/Austria and we don't have many prop firms in Europe.

I am just asking whether someone has any input in this matter.

I spoke to one of the head guys thru email several months ago. He was very open to answering questions about their program extensively. They tend to trade the US bond, bund, bobl, and for the most part stayed away from the eminis. At the time they would have let me go out to chicago for a few months to get going and then would have allowed me to trade back in CA if I wanted too. I could not get the feeling of the results of their traders at the time though. Anyway I would suggest you email them to find out the details. Their program could have grown a lot since I talked with him since from what I heard there has been decent growth in the electronic trading furtures prop firms.
