Yep, 69. Bought it from a neighbor a few years ago. I like the earlier years of C3 the most. Mine is just a base 350. Yeah the handling is questionable at best. I saw where someone said "they handle like a station wagon with a load of lumber tied on the roof." :D

is your steering really really loose. Mine is. In that regard it’s my least favorite car to drive but one of my favorites to look at.

Yep, mine has power steering option and it's pretty loose. I'll have to look into it someday. Tie rod end, steering knuckle, idler arm, etc...? Shouldn't be too hard to fix. Parts haven't been a problem so far. I have heard of people putting in aftermarket steering to replace the not-too-great factory style.
