Yes, your phone is spying on you

The phone is not spying on you beyond what you allow them to, like through the PC browser.

There is no CABAL.
I agree no CABAL, but don't agree the phone isn't spying, just companies can't resist figuring out ways to get your info and find ways around the opt out sliders and prompts. I have turned off settings on a regular basis only to get what is obviously an ad or story that relates to a recent search, or conversation. One of the ways around it I have found is when there is an update to software you most likely need to go back in and turn everything back off that you had all ready turned off as it gets reset to default on after an update.
