Nobody is complaining about the fact that their apis have been down for the last X hours. Nothing on twitter. IEX themselves is hardly acknowledging it.
They have a free service but the amount of data you can pull on a monthly basis is very limited. I tried the API with C# and made a little bit of progress but I found it cumbersome and haven't looked at it for a few months. So yeah I wouldn't know if they were down or not.
