Worst experience with a propfirm (brigth funded)¡caution!

I would like to share my experience in brief
1-Your platform was not very fluid, sometimes it did not detect the sell or buy order.
2-Your interface was slow, and it was difficult for me to make my trades.
3-They say they have the best raw spread which is also false.
4-I found that their platform is made with this site https://dx.trade/ which they also denied.
And after trying to pass phase 1 I was fed up and preferred to switch to another propfirm like Cryptofundtrader, TFT and Maven.
And with these three I am doing very well especially with Cryptofundtrader since I trade more frequently with cryptos.

It's hard to type with the laptop balanced on your mother's back.

I wouldn't recommend that.

I rarely contact the help desks as in general, they are helpless desks.
I let other people contact the help desk.
Then our lives wouldn't be shortened by the helpless desks.

I only contact the help desk when it is very critical.
