worldco going out of business??

i hear worldco is not paying anyone. supposedly traders are distraught over rumors of bankruptcy and are taking equipment. anyone hear anything about this? i received a call from a worldco trader stating these things, looking for a new place to trade. any validity to this?

i dont care actually. i just want to know if its true. these rumors usually arent. but we will see. wldc is a big company. hard to belive they are shutting down.
