Not sure if it has been asked before, but why are you so confident about THV?
 
The "locals" at the NYSE? Like who? You mean the floor brokers?
That would only be a problem if those guys actually actively traded, but they don't. As far as I'm aware, there haven't been any floor traders at the NYSE for years.
