As a kid who grew up in the 70s and 80s, I could never take the term 'master of the unvierse' seriously when i first heard it in the 1990s being applied to top Wall street traders.
I see no difference between the term Masters and EliteTrader considering so few are such.
Yet, I do understand the connection via that this forum was created at a time when traders view themselves as "Elite"...a master of their own destiny even though while not employed on Wall Street.
