We all just do what we can do, I have provided or offered to provide if needed financial support for four friends who questioned if they could afford another kid. I have seen women who were pregnant choose not to have chemo and lose both their's and their child's lives anyway. This and a lot more.

People do think as best then can and very often there is no good choice.

Life sometimes deals us hardships, all of us sooner or later will face death. Doesn’t make it easier when it affects those we know and love. It’s sad, more so it seems, when it happens to young adults or children - a life cut short.
