Which stock trading software shows "Number of Trades" (Tick Volume)?

Actually, what I would really like to see is a so-called Hot List that shows the top 50 or 100 US stocks with the highest Number of Trades since today's open. This was recently dropped from the software I was using (QCharts), where it was called the "Tick Volume". Whatever it is called, I simply want to see which stocks are having the most transactions.

Does anyone know of a trading program, or broker trading program, that has this functionality?

Separately, ignoring the issue of the top 50 or 100, which programs report the Number of Trades (Tick Volume) for a selected stock Ticker symbol as part of a Quote screen?

You can do this through Interactive Broker or Tradestation.
