Which product do you use to watch 2y yield?

On IBKR, which product to watch 2y Treasury yield?
I use TNX to watch 10y, but 2YY futures too illiquid and SHY ETF isn't 2y yield.

Does it have to be IBKR? You can find this on TradingView quite easily.
