are you individual or institutional?
The commission is one thing. You might also want to consider the interest rate for margins (if you going to leverage), and the reliability of the broker.

tradier has free commission with api. besides，how long is your holding period？
all those free brokers are just trash. all ur orders go to citadel, jump, hrt...i wanna mine hit nyse directly
I am using limit order waiting to be hit so it is fine with me. But I do not use those free commission broker yet because they do not have some features which I need such as relative or hidden order.
I guess you use market order most of time on liquid stocks.
