Yes, but I can't understand it. I traded with them for 3 years, and never had any problems. You get a fine service - much better than IB.

The posts critical of Saxo are from credible, experienced ET members.
 
Saxo has always been and will be a bucketshop. The services and the platform provided by the Saxo is crap.

The best part is that it is not properly regulated in Denmark. Saxo claims to be fully regulated by Danish FSA. The FSA is useless as they they dont investigate the Banks. Any claims/complaints should go to some "national complaint board" for banks and credit institutions. The board deals with disputes between banks and its clients where the client has suffered an economic loss. The complaint board will charge a fee of 150 Danish Kroner.

I wonder if I have to fly there to fight my case? flight costs as well as costs of staying in Denmark, legal costs and on top money stolen by Saxo.

Yes Saxo is very good, only in Denmark it could become a bank.
