which broker do you like for NO-PDT rule ?

Im into shorting stocks however I wanted to find a decent and reliable broker to bypass the PDT RULE. Most of them are offshore companies which somewhat gets me nervous. However I guess i have to take my chances. Just wondering which broker , if you have used, is good for shorting and reliable? Thanks

If you choose an offshore broker you are taking risk as well.

One day your account may be gone if you use these offshore brokers. Seen it too many times
 
And you'd better have a sizeable cushion above the 25K. If you slip below that, even for a moment, suspensions, etc will occur.
