Where can I find the spectrum indicator?

Hello I am using a european flow which is very bad in term
of reliability (worse than Qcharts) but they have an interesting
tool called spectrum which gives the volume per price level
so it is easy to see the resistance and support this way...

Do you know if one of the many software available has this
feature too ?
