When is the right time to go short on the EUR/USD ?

Obviously we are now in very strong bullish trend.
However maybe this is a time to start planning the
Next big trade.
So, do you think it is the time for turning the position? Or is it still to early
For that? And if that the case in which price you are think is wise to go bearish ?

I think 1.4280 will stand as a good resistance for sometime but it will be broken later.
