What's wrong with Oanda's spread ?

The last few days the spread at Oanda is consistenly higher than the usual 0.9 for EUR/USD.
At this moment it is 1.3

Looks like there is less liquidity in the markets, why ?

Risk aversion caused by Europe's latest PIGS crisis seems like a more likely explanation to me since forex liquidity providers aren't necessarily celebrating any holidays during European trading hours (which includes U.S. AM).
