There are LOTS of bugs like that. And this is version 10, which is the least buggy one.

P.S. Oh, yeah: despite the insane complexity of the Trade Bar, with all its hundreds of OCO/OSO/custom/spread/etc. options, there's no way to set up a stop/target order for a multi-leg strategy (say, an Iron Condor). It's got thousands of cute little "features", but it's missing lots of basic functionality...

You said they have bad customer service ? Today they called me from Florida to Dubai ( country to country phone call) for small technical question i had about radarscreen settings, they have been extremely helpful.

We have an old patented excuse expression of student to teacher "Dog ate my homework" for why student didn't study or do required homework.

The trader version of that is "It's the software, it sucks, too slow, customer service is nonexistent, yada yada". Doesn't matter the brand either. Heard them all. Funny thing most of those bitching are not seen for very long therafter.
 
So someone being a good trader automatically makes their software, broker, etc. perfect? :rolleyes:
