What's a good store of value?

RE, precious metals, agriculture, small private businesses (llc or lp), patents/IP, etc....

Your suggestions?
EDIT: Stocks, bonds, bank accounts (these are more exposed to inflation, though)

I think RE long-term, just not for the next few years. Agriculture yes. Small Biz - no (depends on the biz, of course, but no way consider this a store of value). Patents too speculative and shelf-life issues.

You may want to consider Canadian diamonds, since they are considered to be "blood free".

Coffee can be stored for a long time, more than ten years I think, although I'm not a coffee expert.

Palladium seem to go through a shortage every decade or two and is otherwise precious.

These ideas are relatively unaffected by money supply and interest rates that effect the price of pretty much everything

Guns & Booze------> they're easy to store, don't deteriorate too easily and people always want them.

don't forget toilet paper, soap, and smokes
