What volatilty index futures and options existed besides VIX?

there are other indices, but they apparently dont have options or futures trading.

for instance, http://www.marketswiki.com/wiki/CBOE_Russell_2000_Volatility_Index_Futures looks like it disappeared

There's a new one coming for NDX. Time will tell how liquid it gets. I suspect it will be better than the VX offering from CBOE.
