What time is the 30 yr auction happening today?

I'm long evens in the ten year, i expect a solid rally through tomorrow's close, that has been the pattern in prior refundings. Risking down to 107-200. Does not feel very good right now though but sticking with plan and what has worked at past refundings.

What is going on with the TYX today? The bond is up a little, but the TYX is down big time. http://stockcharts.com/gallery/?$TYX Is this just a technical factor due to the 30-yr bond issuance yesterday?

I know something is wrong, but that's what it says everywhere (except Bloomberg).

I know there has to be a good explanation and I assume it has to do with switching to a new cash bond with yesterday's auction for the first time in 5 years. But I am no expert.....
