I know renters enjoy inventing fake arguments why they cant buy property/ a title deed,[deed of trust in some states], but that is because they don't want to buy property:cool::cool: I may not want to buy overheated property in parts of Canada,LOL, but that does not change my US title deed/property.....points.Thanks
