Want ECN for $1M account w/100:1 leverage

Any recommendations as to a good company to work with for a $1M account at an ECN or reputable broker that will give me 100:1 leverage?

Coesfx will only go to 50:1. Can't find out much about MIG or Dukascopy. Any ideas?

I'm not an expert in this area but in the above thread, 2cent, mentions 100:1 leverage with ODL Securities clearing through either hotspotfxi or currenex. There are probably other Second Tier Prime Brokers that offer 100:1 at hotspotfxi and/or currenex.
