I have to admit, Vivaldi's Four Seasons was very soothing during my 15 minutes left on hold waiting for a live person!

I am going to suggest they add a "Music Macros" that plays soothing music when I have a losing position.

someone actually posted about this on the TS support forum, asking them to branch out in their taste. I recommended they play satie, steve reich, or kraftwerk. (not that i ever call them for anything)
 
I can just see it - they'll have to reconfigure thier telephone
answering directory-

Press "1" if you'd like to hear Van Halen

Press "2" if you'd like to hear Stevie Ray Vauhgn

Press "3" if you'd rather hear the rest of the tune before
we answer.
