Velocity Futures

I am considering opening an account with Velocity Futures in Houston. The reason is because of trade allocation program. their commisions are low but has anyone used them before. I have really never heard of them before. But they aren't in chicago or new york and i have never heard of them. they have a logo on their site that says they are registered with

beach city, tx, houston would be nearest big city. i was looking for firm near me, i was using refco but i am having trouble allocating trades to different accounts. any ideas??
