Nuclear powers signed an agreement guaranteeing the security of Ukraine when they gave up nuclear weapons. Is the US word better than the Russian word?

RFK Jr. explained it very clearly. NATO expanding to Russia's borders plus ethnic cleansing of Russians in the Donbass and Luhansk areas of Ukraine by the Ukraine banderista nationalists. That is what pushed Vladimir Putin to go into Ukraine. This Ukraine war was instigated by the US and NATO.
