U.S. Traders: What will u do if Transaction Tax passes? Which country to move to?

I can't verify this yet, but I e-mailed a pro trader friend of mine, and this is what I got as a reply-

"old news. a thousand pages of discussion on the stock boards but every read of the new bill says it isnt in there. pelosi also dismissed it after it was presented.... Alan"

I notice people discussing on here whether the thing will pass or not. But the thread title asks what you will do IF it passes. So whether it passes or not is not the issue, the idea is to have knowledge and a plan in place in case it does.

I don't see why you would need to move anywhere. Just trade exchanges/markets not affected by this tax.
