D Daal Mar 23, 2007 #1 My dividends are suffering withholding taxes at IB. I already filled my W8. I guess there is no treaty for my country(brazil). I'm not sure what are the tax law in brazil but am I pessimistic to assume I will have to pay taxes twice?
