TZA 2dh breakout: small cap selloff

This usually lasts about 87 seconds and it sells off lower and lower. Last time it touched 40+ it quickly sold off within days to low 30s and has been there for quite sometime.
Small caps have been under performing like crazy. They did have a gigantic run but now they seem to be selling off as the large caps and blue chips keep grinding higher. Something has to give eventually.
