Trying to reduce number of Windows processes during trading hours

I held off for quite awhile on updating to Windows 11 - because with MicroSUCK - there can always be a problem. Well - I finally did update - and of course - I have had problems to fix. For me - it is always Scary - when updating - as you never know what can happen.

I do Meetups with some Microsoft and Google programmers - so I have to be careful - not to say - MicroSUCK - lol.
