Trading floors to get a job as a trader in Europe?

I'm searching trading floors to start trading in Europe. I have experience and good stats with my track records but I don't have enough money to open an account with a prop firm (I'm still in college).

Does anybody know a good one?

I was searching info about Cream Capital in Poland, but their address seems to be an abandonated building :S Anybody knows more of this company?

That Poland one sounds fuxxing scary. You sure you are not talking about Hostel or so?
