Does anybody know where to get that book? I remember reading it when i first started off as a futures analyst, and I would like to add it to my collection. I know ET has the online print version - http://www.elitetrader.com/tr/index.cfm?s=17 - but i'd like the actual paperback. Can't find it anywhere.

Thanks...I don't know how I missed that...I know I looked through them, but didn't find anything, weird.
