Tradestation data gaps

Recently I get lots of data gaps with Tradestation 60 min. for instance

- AUDUSD 1/31 and 2/1

- CADJPY 1/29 (only 1 instead of 24), 1/31 and 2/1

- CHFJPY same as above

- ECH08 yesterday and today - especially annoying with this wild market.

Question: What can I do do rectify and ensure complete data? TS support was useless.
