Trademarking a Business Name

I have one more question:

I want to trademark this catchy phrase under my very own name, rather than using my corporate entity to do it. So, that even if I move away from the corporate entity, the trademark will follow me.

Is there a legal difference in trademarking it under myself, or under a corporate name. Which is better??
