You guys should just use MeetUp...you'll find many different groups that were formed by people that get together in person in their city or nearby city.
Be warned about the locator search that MeetUp has. It's very wacky and incorrect. For example, it will ask for your zip code/postal code...you input the info but it will instead use your IP address to give you search results near your IP address instead of near the zip code/postal code you're interested in a MeetUp.
To get around the above...do not use zip codes/postal codes as your locator. Instead, only use the name of the city.
