I'm not a prop firm owner but I can tell you this, I did an interview with someone and he told me he tried training people by starting out with a lot of information in 3 or 4 days and they quit. I mean I think he just overloaded them with info and they couldn't deal with it. Anyway, he told me now, he wants to start training people gradually.
(There are only positions open for January so I'm not there now. I'm not sure if I'll get a spot there but I'm reading on trading to prepare myself.)
