Given rule number 5, would you hold 50 open positions? how do you handle this?
How did you get out? Is limiting losses of 8 - 10% your only exit rule?
If the rules apply in the US equity market, you are not allowed to trade from the beginning of the year, right? So, how do you handle this period?
Breakouts are fine, but wait until there's a pullback. Same thing in reverse. Don't sell when the bottom falls out. There will usually be a quick bounce. That's when you want to go short.
