User forum complaints about the new settings windows. SC staff had previously deleted my post on the subject before I started this thread to record their doing. This one over the weekend I caught. More rug sweeping.

Ya, it is kind of silly for them to scrub the negative feedback comments. I honestly don't think someone is going to drop SC just because the menus have changed.

They not only deleted the last guys post but also the benign customer feedback for that...

Some people have been requesting to have their account canceled AND deleted from Sierra charts database. Sierra charts staff do not like to have this come to the top of the support forum and remind people they can leave Sierra. So the staff have locked the thread for no real reason than a more subtle type of censorship and rug sweeping.

I don't know about you guys, but I am tired of the sterile corporate PR speak. I am glad there is a small software company that isn't run by people afraid of the shadow of the trans person in HR.
