Did you actually install them in-line with your HVAC system, or is it more or less passive heat? Seems like you could run your intake through the server rack after the filter and you'd be able to get double duty out of both your HVAC blower and the heat from your rig? I've actually given this a little thought, but not yet to the point of doing calculations, so I'm curious what your experiences have been.

Like a wood stove I guess. I have a 1940s house with multiple additions so unfortunately don't have great returns. Plus I've got empty space in the furnace room and the breaker box is there, so may make more sense for me. Thanks for the info, interesting to hear from someone actually doing this.
