The Mongolia Fund was his second act, and that is down 98%, and it looks hopeless. How is he paying his bills? Yep, think about that, and think about that hard.

What happened to those initial investors in Kuppy's fund that were completely wiped out for a cool $100M around 2006, and this scumbag has never, ever addressed that?
