Any guesses where they are going with this? Based on TA I would say they are going to leave it flat...well atleast be quite doveish. This would be necessary for spy to continue in the upward direction to complete its extension. Kind of like a self full-filling prophecy I guess. Otherwise I suppose we would go into a double correction. I don't usually pay attention to news unless doing a short trade because over time the wave always completes its extension.

mmmm maybe hawkish news...doesn't quite feel like there has been enough pain yet. I'm not trading it anyway.

Current best odds are a pause this week with another hike in Nov. Since it will be baked in it most likely will not kill the Santa rally.
